Fluoroclaim commenced business in 1981 as a manufacturer and service agent for manufacturers of refrigerant recovery/recycling equipment and acted as a consultant and trainer to both Industry and Government in all facets of Refrigeration and air conditioning.

Fluoroclaim sells refrigerant tools and equipment either new or refurbished and offers a comprehensive support program of training, assistance, equipment maintenance and recovery cylinder supply to all businesses involved in the use of fluorocarbon refrigerants.

In July 2001 the scope of the manufacturing/service and consultancy/training business was widened to include refrigerant recovery in end of life vehicles, plant and equipment.

Fluoroclaim is an authorised refrigerant collection agent and our business is about assisting our clients to dispose of recovered refrigerants through Refrigerant Reclaim Australia, an industry body set up specifically to offer rebates for returned refrigerants.

The refrigerant products that are presented to us are disposed of within environmental regulations and standards that are apply to all refrigerant gases throughout Australia.

Fluoroclaim offers training, recovery equipment, cylinder collection/replacement and a monetary rebate program for refrigerant recovered.

Regulation allows only authorised collection agents to collect refrigerant and offer payment for returned refrigerant.

The proprietor of Fluoroclaim has been an industry trainer for over 30 years and currently is a trainer/assessor for Certificate 2 and recovery only air conditioning technicians.

Currently Fluoroclaim has more than 50 businesses involved in our refrigerant collection program covering automotive workshops, panel shops, parts dismantlers, refrigeration and air conditioning contractors.
